Will's real birthday is tomorrow - so you still have a few hours to make your final purchases.  But we decided to celebrate last weekend.

I bought us a night at a Bed & Breakfast up in Sautee Nacoochee for Saturday night.  We stayed at Bernie's Nacoochee Valley Guest House.

Will had no idea where we were going until we were all the way up 400N and I had to put the address into the GPS.  It was the cutest place!

We made our way to Bernie's and she greeted us and showed us to our precious little room.  We stayed in the honeymoon suite, the Cherub Room. And it was just perfect.  We walked around the little town of Sautee and then enjoyed dinner at Bernie's.  The food there is amazing, so if you are ever in the area stop by and tell her that I sent you!

Will and I both love comedy.  Maybe that's why we are both so hilarious.  But neither of us had ever been to a Sketch Comedy show.

I got us tickets to get out Sketchworks last Friday night and we had a blast.

Now that I have been to both a sketch show and an improv show(difference is outlined below) I think that I do like Improv better, simply because it seems much more fast-paced.  The actors really have to be able to think quickly on their feet and respond to whatever the audience says.  I think that is simply amazing and I would never be able to do it.

In my opinion - Sketch is more scripted, think Saturday Night Live.  Improv is more fly by the seat of your pants.  Before the show the audience members are asked for input, such as: animals, accents, songs, famous actors, etc.  Then the show starts and the scenes are built around your suggestions.  I think Improv could potentially go very wrong if you don't have the right mix of people and actors.  BUT fortunately for me that has never been the case.  I have been to Whole World many times and it has been fantastic.  I'd recommend both places if you like funny stuff.
