Valentine's Day!

I hope everyone enjoyed their Valentine's Day.  Will and I celebrated our very first Valentine's Day together.  I am not a huge fan of going out all elaborately for the over commercialized holiday.  So instead, I cooked Will a special meal - Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon, Asparagus, Cheese Tortellini and Chocolate cookies!  It was simply delicious.

I drew this little drawing (like you didn't know I am a total cheeseball)

And I sent out a few of these cute Valentine Cards :)

One of my favorite things to do is go bowling. Some friends planned a trip for last Friday night so Will and I finally got to go! I really think he was just scared.. We didn't get to stay long enough to even warm up - we only played one full game. In our group there was about 10 or 12 people and I had to get up early. Luckily, Will left his credit card so we got to go pick it up the next day..
Here is the outcome of my favorite game.

Hopefully he will go back again soon.. He obviously needs practice  :)

This was our first superbowl together!  Neither of us really cared about the outcome, but we went to a party at my friend Matt's house.  He had a projector set up and had the biggest screen I've ever seen in someone's house to watch the superbowl (or the commercials if you are me.. )

There was tons of food and we all found a place to watch the game.

I thought the half time show left a lot to be desired, but whatareyagonnado.

My favorite commercial of the night was Volkswagen Commercial: The Force

Married Life...

The question that I keep hearing is... "How is married life?"

Answer - It's going great!!  Living together is definitely my biggest adjustment.  I have lived alone for the last 6 years, so it is a big change for me.  Will moved in with me into my condo in midtown, that is all of 808 square feet.  Needless to say, we are learning how to co-exist in tight quarters.  I am adjusting to sharing closet space, shopping and cooking for two, and taking care of Lucy along with Zoe.  Thankfully Will is super laid back, so we are doing great.

I think that Will is loving living in midtown.  It's so nice to be able to walk to Piedmont Park or to the Fox for a show or even just sit out on the balcony and watch everything that's going on.  I love having someone to call when I'm at Publix to ask if we are out of mustard or if we need anymore toilet paper.  I feel like we make a great team.

So there's your answer.
